Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request of any order has to be done within 30min of placement of order . Any requests after that will not be processed .

For Cancellations of orders, please contact us via store chat with order number and Reason for Cancellation.

Once the order is cancelled, full refund will be issued back as coupon code which can be used for your next order. The coupon codes will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the request and will be valid for 30 days which can be availed on all products except parental Products.

Returns & Refund Policy

All food items are non-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product. All non edible items are eligible for free replacement/refund(except the personal care products) within 5 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective ,missing or different item delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return/refund of a damaged/defective/missing/different product, you must share an unboxing video post receiving the order. This would help us to assess the damage more clearly and conclude the final decision. The video must cover the entire unboxing of the order starting from taking off the sealing of the carton box till showing the individual products in same state inside the box.

Once we receive your request and the video, we will inspect and notify you the status of refund/returns/replacement. If your refund is approved, you will receive the coupon code within 48 hrs of receiving the request. The coupon code will be valid for 30 days which can be availed on all products except parental products. If we need to resend a damaged/missing product, the shipment will happen within 2 days after the decision is made.
