Keep it in air tight containers. You can add few red dried chillies, or add few tsps of turmeric powder(good quality), or add few sps of castor oil to protect from pests. If you want to store longer, make sure you dry it under sun on regular intervals. Or dry roast(just warm it) in on stove. Please remember these are cultivated using traditional farming methods san any harmful chemicals/preservatives during entire process. So if the product gets pests that means it is fully natural and you need to improvise your storage ideas.
