Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy within India

  • We ship pan India, subject to the availability of the items, delivery to your pin code mentioned during placing the order.

  • All orders placed before 1 PM Monday – Friday, will be processed on same day. This is subject to the lockdown restrictions at our locations, if any.

  • Shipping charges will vary state-by-state, the entire weight of your order, including packaging.

  • Express shipment can be opted at an extra cost. Please reach out to us via store chat for more details before placing the order.

  • If the customer has any preferences of specific courier services, it can be mentioned in the “order notes” while placing the order.

  • For certain parent products, the delivery time will differ as the product is prepared by the parent upon orders. After receiving your order, it will be shipped separately from their respective locations.

  • In case of change in address/contact details on the order placed, please reach us via chat option within 30 mins of placing the order.

  • Any change requests on order/address WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED after 30mins window.

  • We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier companies but will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier companies.

What is a Subscription?

Subscription is a way for you to receive your favorite products regularly without having to reorder them each time. When you subscribe to our products, you can choose the duration of your subscription. By subscribing for 6 months, you can save 10%, and by subscribing for 12 months, you can save 15%. Please note that shipping is excluded from these savings. With our subscription service, you can have peace of mind knowing that your products will be delivered to you regularly, hassle-free.

How to order a Subscribe & Save subscription?

  2. Set your preferred quantity and frequency.

  3. Click on Add to Cart

  4. Review your cart items and update if necessary

  5. Update correct shipping address and make the payment.

NOTE

Shipping Schedule
The product(s) will be shipped every month on the same date as the day you placed your order. For example, if you purchased a 6-month subscription of a product on 12th August 2022, it will be shipped on the 12th of every month until the 6-month period is over.

Subscription Renewal
You must purchase the subscription again once your existing one has expired. This ensures that you receive your product(s) regularly without any interruptions.

Changes to Subscription Details
 If you need to make any changes to your subscription or contact details, please inform us at least 10 days before the next scheduled shipment date. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that they will be implemented before the next shipment.

Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled once purchased, and no refunds will be made for any reason.

Address and Contact Details
Any changes to your address or contact details cannot be entertained post-shipment of your monthly orders. Please ensure that your details are accurate and up-to-date when you purchase your subscription.

Preferred Couriers
If you have any preferred couriers, please mention them in the order notes. If no specific couriers are mentioned, we will be shipping by our preferred courier partners.

Stock Availability
Some items may be subject to quantity limits or may be out of stock. In the case of no or delayed stocks, we will send them at the earliest date of receiving stocks. You will be informed of any delays in advance.

Return Shipping
In case of a return shipment to us, the customer must bear the shipping charges to resend the parcel.

Subscription Charges
Subscription charges will not change for the duration of your selected subscription, even if the product or subscription price is increased or decreased after you have subscribed.

Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

What is a Subscription?

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation request(s) of any order(s) must be done within 30mins of the placement of order(s).

  • Any request(s) after the 30mins window will not be eligible for cancellation.

  • Once the order is cancelled, full refund will be issued back as coupon code which can be used for your next order.

  • The coupon codes will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the request and will be valid for next 60 days.

Returns & Refund Policy
We consider every order from you as special as you are for us. We put in immense efforts and care until it reaches your hands. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, returns are accepted under certain conditions.

  • All food items are non-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product.

  • All non-edible items are eligible for free replacement/refund (except the personal care products) within 5 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, missing, or different item delivered to you.

  • Sanitary pads and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned.

  • The issue must be reported to us within 24hrs of the delivery of your package.

  • To be eligible for a return/refund of a damaged/defective/missing/different product, you must share an unboxing video post receiving the order.

  • This would help us to assess the damage more clearly and conclude the final decision.

  • The video must cover the entire unboxing of the order starting from taking off the sealing of the carton box till showing the individual products in the same state inside the box.

  • Once your return/refund request is accepted, the replacement process might take up to 7 working days.

  • In case of refunds, a coupon code worth of same amount will be issued within 48 hrs of approval of the request.

  • The coupon code will be valid for next 60 days which can be availed on all products except parental products.

  • In case of replacement of damaged/missing product(s), the shipment will happen within 2 working days.

  • If your shipment is returned to us due to any reasons by the courier companies, to resend it, the shipping charges must be borne by you.
