Elixir From the sea hidden in Samudra Manthan

Yes, there is a reason why our ancestors called Rock Salt (Sea Salt) the elixir from the ocean. It’s one of the "5 Whites" we should avoid at all costs. Today’s table salt is nothing more than industrial waste processed with artificially added excess iodine, which can be very harmful to our bodies.

Research on sea salt reveals that it contains traces of 81 minerals, each supplying essential fuel to our bodies. In comparison, table salt primarily consists of sodium, chloride, and added iodine.

Rock salt is known for its antibacterial properties; remarkably, it selectively targets harmful bacteria while sparing beneficial ones. It dehydrates harmful bacteria or weakens their cell walls, leading to their demise or making the environment inhospitable for survival.

In ancient times, farms near the seashore would fetch seawater, dilute it in a 1:10 ratio, and spray it on crops, resulting in higher yields. Our ancestors understood that during rains, most minerals washed away into the sea. Hence, bringing back seawater to the farms was a way to replenish essential nutrients in the soil.

Today, due to excess iodine intake, we have produced autoimmune thyroid disorders such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Graves’ disease, which occur when the immune system mistakenly attacks the thyroid gland.

Regarding pink salt, rock salt has more sodium while Pink salt has more potassium. In olden days, pink salt was given to individuals deficient in potassium for its medicinal purposes.

Also, from an environmental standpoint, Pink salt comes from the Himalayan belt from Pakistan and Afghanistan, and there is now a high tax on its import. Continued consumption of Pink salt could contribute to environmental changes.

Rock salt typically consists of approximately 94% sodium, with around 2% magnesium, 2% calcium, and a balance of 81 trace minerals.

In olden days, the process of making salt involved bringing sea water into a field called the Male Field. After 7 days, the water was allowed into the Female Field, where it remained for another 7 days. On the 15th day, rock salt was obtained. This secret hidden in the Samudra Manthan, if you decode the picture, you can see two set of people churn the sea to take the elixir. On the top of stone, you will the goddess lakshmi that is why Salt Attracts Wealths!

Due to export rules aimed at increasing sodium content and removing other minerals, they divided the Male field into two parts and the Female field into seven parts. This process removed all minerals except sodium, resulting in high sodium content.

Today, Vitamin D3 deficiency is alarmingly common in India, affecting 81% of the population. Historically, such deficiencies were more prevalent in countries like Scandinavia. This shift can be attributed to dietary changes, including increased consumption of iodized sodium chloride. It’s crucial to enact changes promptly.

If this captures your intended message, or if there’s anything else you’d like to add or modify, feel free to let me know!

In conclusion, opting for Rock salt, which is the cheapest salt available, is advisable. It claims to be iodized (which it is not), as iodine in salt is 100 times more costly. Consider alternatives like pink salt and avoid using table salt altogether.

Now that we know Rock Salt should be our primary source and Pink Salt our secondary, let’s explore how to purify these salts before consumption.

Always take these salts and dry fry them in a pan to remove any moisture. Then, add Moringa and Karisalankanni (Bhringraj) juice and allow the salt to turn green. Finally, powder it and use it for daily consumption. Also Remember always store Salt in ceramic jars.

At HLP, we are collaborating with Salt Makes to create this combination, and we look forward to sharing it with our community soon. Please Express your interest in the comments.
